Welcome to Flash Connect LTD (“Flash Connect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including our website (flashesim.com) and eSIM services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Flash Connect” refers to Flash Connect LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong with its registered address at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong.
1.2 “You” or “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing our Services.
1.3 “Services” means any products, features, or offerings provided by Flash Connect, including data-only eSIM services available on flashesim.com.
2. Eligibility
2.1 By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
2.2 You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or using the Services.
3. Use of Services
3.1 Flash Connect grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.
3.2 You must not use the Services for any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, spamming, or unauthorised resale.
4. Modifications to the Services
4.1 Flash Connect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Fees for our Services are displayed on our website. By using the Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
5.2 Flash Connect reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Updated fees will be reflected on the website and take effect upon notice.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual-property rights in our website, software, and Services are owned by Flash Connect or our licensors.
7.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flash Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
8.2 Our total liability for any claims related to the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
9.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Flash Connect harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
10.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Termination
11.1 Flash Connect may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.

13. Restricted Jurisdictions & Sanctions Compliance
13.1 Prohibited Countries. You may not purchase, activate, gift, resell, or otherwise use any Service if you are ordinarily resident in, located in, travelling in, or intend to use the eSIM in any of the following jurisdictions (the “Prohibited Countries”): Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria; Crimea/Sevastopol, Donetsk (DNR), Luhansk (LNR); Russia, Belarus, Myanmar (Burma), Venezuela, Sudan, South Sudan; Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Somalia, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
13.2 United Arab Emirates & Hong Kong SAR. Purchases made from, or billing addresses located in, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Hong Kong SAR are not permitted. Any attempted transaction will be declined or refunded.
13.3 Updates. Flash Connect reviews UN, US OFAC, UK OFSI, and payment-provider sanctions lists quarterly and may amend the Prohibited Countries list without notice. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated list.
13.4 Effect of Breach. If we reasonably believe you are using or have used a Service in a Prohibited Country, we may suspend or terminate the Service without refund and report the activity to relevant authorities.
14. Hong Kong Regulatory Notice
14.1 Overseas-only Use. All Flash eSIM profiles are intended solely for use outside Hong Kong.
14.2 Future Hong Kong Coverage. If Flash Connect offers any profile capable of use within Hong Kong in future, real-name registration will be implemented before activation and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
15. Changes to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at flashesim.com/terms-and-conditions/ and will apply to purchases made after the “Effective Date” shown above.
