1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Withdrawal: If there have been changes in your plans and you no longer need your Flash eSIM, a full refund will be provided within the first 30 days.
- Incompatible or Locked Device: If the eSIM is incompatible with your device, and the QR code has not been scanned or used, a full refund is available within 30 days, upon verification of incompatibility.
- Connection Issues: If your eSIM does not work due to an issue with Flash eSIM or the destination network infrastructure, a full or partial refund may be offered after promptly reporting the issue to our support team.
1.2 Refunds will not be issued for:
- Partially or fully used eSIMs
- Installed eSIMs.
- Issues caused by Force majeure or third-party network providers outside of our control
- Non-compliance with our Terms of Service or Fair Use Policy.
2. Requesting a Refund
2.1 To request a refund, you must:
- Contact our support team at support@flashesim.com
- Provide proof of purchase (order number or payment receipt)
- Describe the issue in detail and attach supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
2.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
3. Processing Refunds
3.1 Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 days of the approval of your request.
3.2 Processing typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3.3 We reserve the right to offer alternative remedies such as service credits when necessary.
4. Fraud Prevention
Refunds will not be issued in cases involving fraudulent activity, such as:
- Abuse of the refund policy through repeated refund attempts
- Misuse or violation of our service terms
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
