This Delivery Policy explains how Flash Connect LTD (“Flash Connect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) delivers Flash eSIM services purchased via flashesim.com. By completing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Delivery Method

1.1 All Flash eSIMs are delivered digitally via email and WhatsApp.

1.2 Your eSIM profile (QR code and installation link) will be sent to both the email address and the WhatsApp phone number you provide during checkout.


2. Delivery Time

2.1 eSIMs are normally delivered within 5 to 15 minutes after successful payment.

2.2 In rare cases of delay, Flash Connect will promptly inform you by email or WhatsApp. You may cancel the order if you do not wish to wait.


3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 You must provide a valid and correct email address and WhatsApp number at checkout to ensure timely delivery.

3.2 If you do not receive your eSIM within 15 minutes of purchase:
