Flash Connect LTD (“Flash Connect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality eSIM services. To ensure a safe and reliable experience for all users, this Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines prohibited activities, usage limits, and responsibilities when using our services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, and all applicable laws.
1. Scope & Purpose
This Policy applies to all users of Flash Services, including both Fixed data plans and Unlimited data plans. It exists to:
- Ensure fair access to network resources.
- Prevent abuse that could impact other customers.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and agreements with our network partners.
2. General Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable local or international laws or regulations.
- Transmit, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable content.
- Engage in fraud, identity theft, or payment abuse.
- Send spam, malware, viruses, or malicious software.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade our network or partners’ networks.
- Resell or share our Services with unauthorized third parties.
- Operate SIM farms, tethering farms, VPN exit nodes, or other mass-use setups.
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights or others’ privacy.
3. User Responsibilities
- Ensure your usage complies with this Policy and all applicable laws.
- Keep your devices secure and free from malware.
- Prevent unauthorized access to your account or Services.
- Use the Services only for personal travel and communication needs, not for resale or permanent replacement of home broadband.
4. Unlimited Data Plan Restrictions
To maintain fairness and network quality, all “Unlimited” data plans are subject to daily usage controls:
- High-speed quota: 1 GB per rolling 24-hour period at 4G/5G speeds (where available).
- After quota: Speeds are managed to 2 Mbps for the remainder of the 24-hour window.
- Window definition: The daily allowance is measured in a rolling 24-hour period beginning at the time of first data usage.
- Hotspot/tethering: Allowed for normal personal use.
- Traffic management: We may apply additional measures (e.g. limiting video resolution, reducing P2P traffic) if usage impacts network stability.
5. Fixed Data Plan Usage
- Full speed until the purchased data allowance is consumed.
- Once consumed, service is suspended unless topped up or renewed.
- No throttling is applied while allowance remains, subject to network conditions.
6. Misuse Examples
Violations include, but are not limited to:
- Continuous or automated heavy use (24/7 streaming, scraping, crypto mining).
- Hosting services, running proxies, or providing third-party access.
- Attempting to bypass usage controls, data caps, or speed limits.
- Using the Services in or for the benefit of sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions (see Sanctions Policy).
7. Enforcement
If we determine you have violated this Policy, we may, without prior notice:
- Send a written warning.
- Throttle or block specific usage.
- Suspend or terminate your Services.
- Refuse refunds if the breach caused service disruption or policy violation.
- Report unlawful activity to regulators or law enforcement.
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation, contact us immediately at support@flashesim.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
